If any user has not received the Forgot password email, then please contact Admin user of respective SRLM / PIA
Admin user has to follow below mentioned steps
- Navigate to Access Management Module
- Click Create User
- Click Existing Users
- Search the user
- Click 'Reset' icon
- Note down the password displayed on the screen
- Inform the password to the user.
User has to use the password to login. After login user has to change the password.
